As you can see, the mapping of the data as coordinates on an axis worked! I think either the net, or simple dots on their own worked best. The nets were created by joining up the coordinates chronologically, as they appeared within my stream of consciousness.
However, the main issue I am having with this idea at the moment is that recording myself isn't 100% real. Even if I was doing it subconsciously, I would have been self-editing what was being said. This is going to be the same for anyone that talks out loud; whether secretly recorded or not (this did cross my mind for a second). The only way that you could truly pull this off, was if I developed a chip that would be secretly placed into a persons mind. Thus recording their thoughts. As awesome as it would be to be able to do that, it is a bit unrealistic. Therefore streams of consciousness in literature became an extremely appealing idea. Although they are also not real, and were written with a particular intent, they are recognisable/relatable to more people.
